Congratulations!
You’re getting married
I’m so pleased you’ve messaged me with your wedding date and want me to be your, or your bridal parties, make-up artist. If I’ve sent you this link it’s because I am available on your date.
So what’s next?
Firstly, there are a few things we need to check before booking.
Where are you? Just to double check before paying any deposits that you’re getting married in Dorset, anything outside my local area may incur a small travel fee ontop of the booking fee.
How many of you need make-up? I have a 4 adult minimum policy, this is purely due to the volume of requests I get per date so I have a minimum spend to ensure it’s a full working day for me. I only do one wedding a day so you’ll get me all to yourself!
You’ve read my terms and conditions
If you’re happy to go ahead I will need a £70 booking fee to secure the date - this covers admin and travel. (It does not come off the total at the end). All prices listed are for the individual make-up application per person.
Once this booking fee is paid this means the date is 100% yours and I know you’re definitely going ahead with the booking. It’s first come first serve so if you’re keen to book don’t hesitate to leave your deposit!
Let’s get you booked in!
Please use your name (first or last) as your deposit reference and send your £70 booking fee to my business account. The details are as follows:
Name: Olivia Ames
Sort code: 04-00-03
Account No. 22510783
Invoices are available on request.
Your Wedding Info
We can go over the finer details when we meet at your Bridal Trial but it would be handy for me to get an overview of the wedding just for my diary so please fill in the booking form at the bottom of this page.
Your Bridal Trial
Let’s book in a trial date. Usually 3-6 months before the wedding. Ideally in the morning so we can have a trial run to check the make-up lasts all day and evening. It’s also nice if you’re able to tie it in with a special occasion so you’re not wasting your beautiful face of make-up paint shopping at B&Q and staying home! I’m happy to change your make-up to something different before you leave if you don’t want your fiance to see the final wedding look.
The best time for a trial is 10am as this is usually the time I’ll be doing your make-up on the day so it gives us a good representation of you wearing the make-up all day and night. the salon is open everyday and you can book a trial in using my online booking system and simply book “Bridal trial” The address is 55 Highfield Road, Corfe Mullen, BH21 3PB, there is free parking outside and you’re more than welcome to bring a friend or family member.
The best bit
And the most important thing I can offer you as your make-up artist… my experience. With nearly 10 years in the business I know weddings! I know all there is to know about Bridal Trials, how to get to know you as a person and your make-up preferences, your skin type and products that will work well with your skin and help you to help me get your dream make-up look. I have written my very own Bridal Guide to give you ALL my tips and tricks! This guide normally retails at £19.99 and you get this included free in your bridal booking with me. 24 pages of scheduling, hacks, advice, wedding morning tips, how to make the most out of your bridal trial and also info on the salon and what your trial will include! Once you put your email into the booking form and pay your deposit I’ll email it over to you! Give it a re-read the day before your trial. Make-up is a luxury service that comes at a price so I want you to make the most of it so please do take the time to read it as it will help.
Thank-you again for getting in contact, I’m so excited to be a part of your special day!
Congratulations on your engagement and I can’t wait to meet you,
Olivia Lucy
